Launch of L'A C4PPELL4 beer

Montreal, May 20, 2022 - The Trois-Rivières microbrewery Le Temps d'une Pinte has teamed up with the members of the a cappella pop quartet QW4RTZ to create L'A C4PPELL4, a "new world" interpretation of the famous German Berliner Weisse. So, to make the taste buds sing... tropical countries are tuned to central Europe, with a beer wort aged with lactobacillus helveticus, giving the performance a deliciously festive lemon tone. In the dressing rooms, the brewery maestros have prepared a huge quantity of mango puree and the harmonization of the tropical fruits will be a hit, their notes echoing to the depths of the gustatory amphitheatre... Singer's tip: Add 1 ml of ginger syrup to your glass and you can sing all night long!

Microbrewery, restaurant and roaster, Le Temps d'une Pinte is a cooperative of workers that brings together brewers, roasters and bistronomes. Located in the heart of downtown Trois-Rivières, Le Temps d'une Pinte is the gateway to the Mauricie's brewery and food tourism experience. One of the Temps d'une Pinte's collaborators being a fan of QW4RTZ and the quartet loving the microbrewery's products, the idea of creating a beer in the image of the group was a natural one.
